Excelente oportunidad de trabajo y solo eso, trabajar, producir y recibir un pago y sus beneficios, evalúan su desempeño y sus indicadores de rendimiento, es realmente lo importante para la empresa, no hay contacto personal ni tiempo para las relaciones interpersonales, producir es lo importante y para eso tendrá un supervisor que le persigue a cualquier parte revisar su desempeño, y le preguntará el motivo de sus falla o baja producción, nunca resaltan la buena labor, a eso va, algo así como va a lo que va, a trabajar. Siempre va a estar en un estado de incertidumbre pero Luego entiende que si no señalan nada mala entonces es posible que todo esté bien. Si alguien alguien le denuncia no revisarán nada ni le darán la oportunidad de defenderse, prescinden del trabajador denunciando y ya. Not a good fit for me

I learned a lot while I was there and I had some amazing coworkers but overall, I did not feel that the position was a good fit for me. I do believe having this company on my resume has helped my career but I do not believe I would reapply.

God awful place to work

You’re expendable. You mean nothing to the company, even if you’re a manager. I’ve seen several managers walk out and quit simply because of how bad of a place it is to work, and they don’t even have to do the physical work like Lvl 1 employees. You aren’t anything but a dollar sign. They encourage you to cross train for “growth” in the company, but the only thing you’ll be doing is getting used to be bounced around to different departments each week. They push rates only because the managers get a bonus in their paycheck while regular employees get nothing but a pat on their sore backs.

In Amazon it feels like Day 1 everyday ❤️

Amazon is not just a company it's an emotion. Once you join you feel that you belong there. The workplace is comfortable and people are friendly. Company gives many benefits to the employees and lots of fun activities are conducted. Also a platform for multiple growth opportunities to grow within the organization. I am glad that I worked in Amazon and I wish to join again if I get a chance.

Amazon is tough

It’s tough. Good money tho good benefits. Constant feeling of being fired keeps you productive. This is Amazon tactics to keep you working fast. I felt very pressured working here even though I was constantly hustling. People come every now and then to tell you you are messing up even if it doesn’t seem like that’s possible. If you need money and no college diplomas this might be where you end up for a while.

No room for growth

There is no room for growth, even though it’s a huge company. Tapped out at my current pay rate after 3.5 years. They dump more work without increasing wages. They claim there is room to move up, but it’s always an “acting” position. Which means, you get bumped up in a position & pay. But when the acting role is over you get bumped back down and so does your pay.

good benefits

benefits are the best thing. you them from day one. Pto could be better but it is ok. The raises every 6 months are true. Shoe allowance is good thing to have as well. You work HARD and must adhere to attendance policy to a tee or else you are penalized

Not Worth the Stress

Long hours, extremely short staffed team with unreasonable demands. I left feeling chewed up and spit out by my organization. My mental and physical health seriously declined over the course of my tenure.

Find work elsewhere the job is horrible the only thing decent is the pay. Also hr is terrible as well you would be better off speaking to a brick wall.

This is a side hustle job. Earn more cash on your off time. You can schedule when you want to go to work in the morning or afternoon with their various block schedules.

Challenging and interesting work. Bad hours/salary

Amazon warehouses are challenging and interesting place to manage for but the hours or ROI is terrible. I make $61,000 dollars a year and have been with the company for almost two years. I have worked the night shift the whole time. At least 6 months cumulatively of the time I've been with the company, I've had to work 60 hour weeks. I hate my job. If it wasn't for the overtime and shift, I would like it a lot more.

Great people, Terrible leadership

Would avoid working at Amazon, very lifeless organisation with some great people. A bloated carcass of corporate buzz words and proud “Amazonian's”. Very inflexible approach to business and too many restructured to count. Wrong people in the wrong positions constantly.
