Opportunity for growth

Plenty of great opportunities for growth. Salary increases most when you switch jobs, not super high raises within role. Job satisfaction has been high for me overall but varies by team and manager

Collaborative place with great benefits

Dell is wonderful place to work with collaborative colleagues. I found the benefits to be very good, especially for fertility treatments/ family planning.

terrible products and support then there is the constant aquisitios then no one knows there jobs and then they arte terrible yet again. the sales arm is the worst they might as well be used car salesman lol

Good place to work - but financial growth is limited

Dell was an excellent place to work. There were good opportunities for learning technologies and multiple opportunities were provided for career growth.But considering the pay, Dell is not upto the market standard.

Flexible, supportive atmostphere

Dell cares about their employees and promotes a flexible work environment. Tough part can be depending on your team, you may have to dial in to a lot of early morning or late night calls. The company spans so many time zones that it can be tough to find good times to meet with folks.

Long hours, no work life balance, good benefits.

The hardest part of the job is work load, long work hours. My enjoyable part of the job is working from home, yearly bonus, annual employee celebration

Great people and keep work fun. As long as you do your job you are not micromanaged. You work with the entire Dell portfolio - job gets better as time goes on

Low stress, pay could be better.

Pros: Low stakes, flexible hours, remote work, chill work environment, not super challenging but can be somewhat interesting if you make it.Cons: Below average pay for industry standard, lots of corporate inefficiencies, not much career growth, somewhat boring work. Coworkers are on the older side because older company.

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is paramount in our field. I've successfully nurtured key client relationships, resulting in a 95% client retention rate. Additionally, customer satisfaction scores for my team have consistently been above the industry average, with numerous clients providing positive feedback on our services.

Great co workers

co workers made the job fun and helped me ramp up. Management was also good to me but made questionable decisions at times. Quota was also a bit hard to attain due to number of accounts

Great benefits

The benefits are excellent. Unfortunately they still go by archaic phone sale methods and metrics. Unrealistic are quotas often set. Teams will often be shuffled around and customers you developed relationships with will be given to different rep causing confusion with clients

Cool company to work for, it has a good worklife balance with room for growth as well depending on the career path you would like to take. You just need to network.

Decent job

Remote work, no commute, team was good. Dell's a very large company, though, so occasional instances of 'left hand not knowing what the right is doing'

Good first job, but far too unstable

Dell was great when I first started in 2021, but quickly became dreadful when the economy continued to tank. Mass layoffs, constant org re-alignment, and sudden micro-management made me look elsewhere to work. Not to mention, the company's culture has quickly taken the leftist route (Pride celebrations, mandatory diversity/ethics training, etc.). Keep politics out of the workplace.
