La evaluación más útil según IndeedHice aplicación online,supuestamente era entrevista para comenzar al otro día. Sin embargo tuve que hacer aplicación en papel allí y jamás fui contactada, ni para decir Gracias, elegimos a otro candidato.

Management hits on hourly staff, many relationships on all shifts. Favoritism and management make it very rough to work at plant. Management from top to bottom is unprofessional and could care less about anyone. Training is awful. No one cared about trying to improve my picking production but set goals. The talks of inappropriate acts and other unprofessional communication throughout the building is shocking. I would be embarrass if I am still here within a few months.

What is the best part of working at the company?I really enjoyed working at eby brown it's a great company to work for they are a fare reasonable company and I would recommend this as a wonderful place to work... What is the most stressful part about working at the company?I worked pulling and packing cigarettes and also supply's for Royal farms and a couple gas stations it's fast paced and time flys.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?The work environment is comfortable and easy but you have to be on the ball if you want a fast passed work environment this is a great place to work.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Time goes by very fast picking and packing I loved it.....

Poorly managed lack of communication on all parts. I wouldn’t recommend trying to work here to anyone. Mechille is a joke and the rest of their hiring team is just as laughable.

Place is a joke all they care about is if the load got out they don’t care if you get hurt while unloading upper management won’t help or talk to you if you do get hurt they will lie to the insurance company and get you taken off workmen comp

Great company with a lot of change. Always introducing new benefits and new team members to the team. Fun family events like trunk or treat, Easter bunny pictures and even mascarade ball.
