La evaluación más útil según IndeedHice aplicación online,supuestamente era entrevista para comenzar al otro día. Sin embargo tuve que hacer aplicación en papel allí y jamás fui contactada, ni para decir Gracias, elegimos a otro candidato.

Hard work decent money

Been there 7 years plus. Money is good for only having to work 4 days a week. Work 5 days and money jumps up. Be ready to work but the balance of life and work is there as long as you put in the time.

Managers don’t listen

Management is terrible they are not accommodating when trying to schedule days off weeks in advance. Environment is toxic and competitive. There is room for growth only if you are on managements favorite list.

Great place to work. Every one works as a team. Work at 10 hours a day or more. Local routes. Work Opportunities for weekends. Easy work but sometimes back breaking.

The only thing dirtier than the warehouse is the management - poking fun of unsuspecting injured employees in front of others. I witnessed that myself. They run a skeleton crew and run you into the ground but thats probably no different than any other place nowadays except the pay scale is stuck in the 90's.

Chaos and management is a joke

Very laid back but they work you to death for low pay. Management is a joke and they don't care about the employees. There are plenty of other jobs with better pay.

Shady management and high turnover

This is a horrible company. Long hours with incorrect pay. The management is shady and be sure get everything in writing. I feel bad for those whom have to stay there. It seems like new people every other day. Don't waste your time.

Overworked

Overall the job is fairly easy just picking and packaging product into totes. They’ll move you around to different departments to help out. Btw management needs some work, they’ll play favoritism and will bully you out a job.. I left because of a lot of conflict between me an a manager.

Hire you for one thing, constantly doing something else! Work you like a dog, no appreciation for what you do! Not an honest company. Work culture very bad.

Do offer up to $1, 000 for drivers doing Saturday work, after 5 days.
Contras
Benefits, (BAD) Treat you like a tool. Use you until you break. Then just get another one!

It’s a factory so make sure you wear comfortable shoes, drinks lots of water. Pack a lunch, it goes by fast! Very fast paced job, the faster you go the more money

Very demanding job. You don't have a time off everything is based on completion. It helps with paychecks but it's hard to plan things around it. Unfortunately it's been this way for years

What is the best part of working at the company?I guess its okay to steal company time. There are 2 workers on night shift that take extra time like 15 minutes for their breaks and the senior lead cannot be in 2 places at once. CDL driver is probably the best/worst position to be in. Paid hourly instead of per mile, but you have to go out in rain, extreme heat and extreme cold. Everything else sucks.

No communication, upper management is no help, nobody is happy to be there

The job is pretty easy once you do it awhile. There is always extra hours and days off available. Off day bonus is $500. The warehouse is what makes the job difficult. Between bad loads, no load bars, product in incorrect places it makes the job twice as difficult. If the warehouse was properly trained it would make the delivery process much better.

This place sucked. It was back-breaking work running up & down a ramp from the back of the truck with your dolly carrying hundreds of pounds (cases of water & or pop) at every stop while the company has unrealistic expectations of employees unloading time.They should pass out back bracing belts to every new employee.

Just like most warehouse jobs. Meh. The upside is that there was one co-worker who made it bearable. One person from my department walked out and had to do his job with minimal training. Of course, that turned out to be a disaster.

Discouraging work environment

Unprofessional and does not care about its employees. Does not work with employees who have legit reasons for missing work. Over works it’s employees. Cannot keep employees working, constant turnover rate.

Worst Company Ever

By far the worst company ever. The management is trash. You will work 10-14 hours a day easily and forced to work overtime with little to no advance notice. You actually are punished for not being able to stay late. You get off when the job is done regardless of what time it is. God forbid someone calls out, you will be working 15 hours. The turnover rate is crazy. Management was scared to correct certain employees and HR needs to be fired. They will hire anybody with a pulse. Everyday was a challenge bc people constantly called out, was late or needed to leave early which meant the decent employees were over worked. No amount of money is worth working for this company. All reviews from diff locations say the same thing and all are true. If you have options, I would highly recommend working some where else.
