Hice aplicación online,supuestamente era entrevista para comenzar al otro día. Sin embargo tuve que hacer aplicación en papel allí y jamás fui contactada, ni para decir Gracias, elegimos a otro candidato.

Zero communication

Drivers are treated like criminals, you are constantly lied to on what your work will be and new drivers can just refuse to drive and get paid the same as drivers

The third shift manager showed favoritism and really biased

Certain managers of certain shifts doesn’t care about the employees just a as long as production is being done they dint care about your health or ability to complete even if your sick

Hours aren't bad hey it's getting closer to where it needs to be

Overall it's a decent interest Warehouse. There is opportunity to move up if you want to relocate or if the managers above you move up or out. Easy work.

Show up and do your job and your fine.

No out time just when work is done. Make up holidays on the weekend.

The people that work hard are leaned on to pick up the slack when behind.

I feel like I was valued as someone who worked hard but a lot of work was put on me. The managers were alright, high turnover when I was there. Morale was low and most people were unhappy and did not care to be there. Second shift comes it at 3 mon-thurs, but on sunday you have to come in at 11 am which made everyone unhappy.

Free water, overtime, free food occasionally.

This is the worst work place I have ever known. DO NOT WORK HERE!!

I am certainly not afraid of hard work. HOWEVER, all that they expect from an employee is ridiculous. From long ours to back breaking work to inconsiderate management. This place is the absolute worse place to work!!! I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Some good people, although management is iffy. They WILL put you to work. Good luck getting promoted.

The people here are nice and treat you like family (it was a family business before Eby bought them out). Long hours are expected and although the pay is decent, it could be better. Promotions are hard to come by and like many corporations, communication can be lacking. Benefits are ok. The building(s) is old an outdated. The people are why I'm still here.

Good job for people who want to work.

I love my job. It's 4 day work weeks, off weekends. If you need to switch days or need a day off management will try to work with you. If you need more hours you can sometimes work a 5th day and even get a bonus. All you have to do is what they pay you for and its smooth. Some days are not great or a few small problems but no job is 100% perfect all the time, or we would all work there.

Long hours, high turnover, mediocre pay

The place works people to death. Expect to work 10-12 hours a day. Regularly short-staffed with no one getting hired in forcing hard working employees to pull all the weight of the lazy people. The harder you work, the heavier your workload will be. If you work here, never give more than 80% or you'll regret it. Not to mention all the drama involved.

Ok at best job

Job work/ life balance is terrible at the KNIGHTDALE NC LOCATION specifically. Some drivers myself included we go in between 3-4am and clock out after 5-7pm or later depending on your dispatch time. For the work you do there $18.00-$21.00 is a complete slap in the face. The component pay they say you can earn, I've never seen it. Management is bad really bad at the KNIGHTDALE NC LOCATION this goes for the warehouse side as well. A child could probably load the trucks better than the warehouse. Freezer and cooler pallets sitting right at the door, and stacked to the ceiling which is a safety hazard because you can easily fall as there's nothing for you to hold on to while trying to dig out product for the 1st stop because the pallet is loaded backwards. Warehouse makes you double and triple work when you have to touch product multiple times due to their lack of ability to turn labels face out or face up. Not to mention repeat labels that have already been scanned. The only thing Management cares about is getting the product delivered. Don't matter if you are about to pass out from being too hot during NC summer heat, they don't care if it's snowing at 3am NORTH CAROLINA winters are different than WISCONSIN winters Management doesn't understand that though. The Best part about the job traveling to different branches you make great money going to other locations.

Not family oriented no holidays written up for being in the hospital or Covid-19’s favorites would not recommend it sounds good until you get there think twice

Great company to work for

I worked as a helper for a year it has it's ups and downs overall great company to work for. You will work hard but if you like to move it's for you. Most driver's are great people person's so you should get a long pretty well. The experience is awesome to have you will meet new people every day as well as you will learn something new everyday my experience was great.

Not too bad, need to work on pay

Driver unload / food service, but this isn't a hard job. The pay could be better, but its a livable wage. Im sure they will soon be up to par with other locations and companies.

Definitely the poorest rated company i ever worked for. Upper management sucks and doesnt care for its employees. You work 12 to 15 hours a day if not more during busy season and you may only get 20 hours diring the slow season. I definitely would not recommend anyone to work for this company. They dont clean on every shift for covid. The bathrooms are disgusting that stay stopped up all the time with raw sewage blowing out of toilets. Stay away from this place. Not a good place to work for.

Only as good as management and they have poor communication skills.

Will keep anybody because it's a pair of hands. Doesn't matter if they work or not. Terrible communication between management and their employees. If you work your basically running the line no extra pay compensation. Shifts don't work like they are on the same team. Departments don't help other departments complete work. Everyone has a problem but no solution everyday. Will offer premiums but who knows if you actually receive it, could take weeks after a few back and fourths with managers and hr. Don't go there is you expect equal work. They will pay people the same amount to do your same job and they will stand around and watch you do the work.

Very Good place to work

I really do enjoy my job at Eby-Brown, Its always fun and people are usually pretty nice, Management isn't to bad aside from lying about petty stuff but if that's the only thing to worry about its great place to work in my opinion.

Horrible place

Horrible place ran by even more horrible people. Employees are rude to each other and operate in little cliques, predominantly driven by color, followed by warehouse department location.

Poor management and lack of advancement

The managers lack management skills. They show favoritism to employees who sit around and do absolutely nothing. There is no room for advancement if you’re “black”. They would rather give higher positions to people outside the company before they think about offering to some one who is currently working for the company. If they do offer it it’s only to the employees that are friends or cool with them.
