La evaluación más útil según Indeed
Entré como fresher y estaba bien al principio pero después de entrar a proyecto y adquirir más responsabilidades el salario seguía siendo el mismo.Las prestaciones es lo más positivo de esta empresa están muy por encima de las de ley, como vales de despensa, fondo de ahorro y seguro de gastos médicos mayores y menores.Me subieron el sueldo 1 año y medio después de entrar y fue muy poco.Si es tu primer trabajo está muy bien pero después de un año recomiendo cambiar de empresa por que el crecimiento laboral es casi nulo, además de que para que te suban el sueldo tienes que hacer "contribuciones para la empresa" lo que incluye trabajo fuera del proyecto en el que estés asignado y por lo tanto fuera de tus horas de trabajo y sin importar que tan bien trabajes dentro de tu proyecto eso no es suficiente para que te suban el sueldo.

Great job offered by them through an agency,By far my best job to date.really enjoyed it, great colleague's and team.easy work place and willing to provide all training.

Nice and good , you can go for this

Good company for wlb. But technology wise not good. On-site opportunities are less, averyy thing good except salary hike , they are not giving you more holidays as compare to other comapny

Good environment and good clients to work with

Good collaborative environment. They have various training programs to upskill the resources as per client. Management is good. No such work pressure or tight deadlines

Job safety is more nothing good other than that

Job safety is good thing here. Management is Indian style so think about cost cutting and work pressure.no shift allowance no on-call allowance. More pressure on who work hard. For others it's relaxing place.

Must Join

Best place to work. Lots of projects are there. Salary on time. Supportive Reporting manager. Job security. Good bench policy. Good clients in market.

Productive work environment was good

I feel happy while working at hcl, nice company , collect lot of good memoriesBut thereiis not much growth in it as well not satisfied with the salary given.

Good place to work. Good management. Work stress depends upon the project we get. Interactive. Good leave policies. Learning also depends upon the project. Work fork home options.

Worst Company

The management doesn't care about the employees.They simply deny for IJP approvals.Never do what they say at the time of hiring and joining........

Fun workplace

Overall it's good company, based on project and client it will vary. Employee benefits are there. Hike is too less, so attrition will be high in upcoming years

Boring no growth

No increments and low salary ,it should be helpful but not really , so many politics and people or so frustrating and very low salary affect the work

When I worked there they were just getting into mortgages and seemed like a decent company. Unfortunately I didn’t think they would last long in the mortgage space since they are really a tech company.

It is the best place that any can ever dreamt of. .very good exposure.Management is good. Very supportive and cordial work. Pay structure is good. Timely salary

Mental Torture

Unless you want serious stress and anxiety do not work here, management are ok but training is non existent and you’re expected to have outstanding quality otherwise you’re pulled in to meetings to discuss why you’re not doing well. Awful place to work, no morale or atmosphere and everyone that works there doesn’t want to be there

Will get to learn new technologies but that depends on project to project.Relaxed workplace.Cooperative teams.Less salary and hikes compared to the competitors.Overall nice experience.

Where is this going?

With its business culture, the company has the potential to be a great employer. It’s just not quite there yet. The onboarding process is very poor. The technology and network for working remotely is very poor. Forget about getting real-time assistance from IT support. And once the assignment is up, you’re left scratching your head on what’s next. No benefits. No raises. Just a paycheck. However, it’s a decent fallback job when transitioning from one employer to your next dream job.

The people I support.

Lack of job advancement as stuck in silo. Being offboardrd by same client we support discouraging leaving one stuck in same job band. Lack of job movement. Take training every year as required to upskill, but not able to use to advance to next job band or other position.

I had a great manager who fostered a sense of community with those who reported to him. A lot depends on your client assignment. If the client likes you, you can stay for a long time. Compensation is on the lower end.

Rigid policies. Losing talented people

They are losing talented people to stress. No R&R/team bldg budgets. Talent dev only a theory. Ad-hoc positions lasts for years. Any progression disqualifies your from moving up again for a long time, even if a high performer. Execs are insensitive of culture differences. Low appraisal increase.

Constant pressure. Revenue first before employee.

False Promises

There is little to no communication. If you are looking for a job to get your start, don't stay long, they don't value their employees like they tell you. Their expectations are sometimes unreachable. Their 'culture' clashes with US workers and they 'don't understand' and will offend personnel. Their pay is below minimum, will low ball incoming employees and ultimately they will try to do everything remote. Depending on the job, remote may be a good thing. Wouldn't recommend this company. HR is no help at all.
