Half of the value stream managers are clueless,have no business taking on a role their no prepared for, most of the engineers can't even start the machines, bringing in new inexperienced ppl at the same wage as employees with 15 yrs in the company, some even more with no compensation for the employees who've proven to stay. Been promised a raise for 6 weeks and still haven't gotten it. Favortism is ridiculous. Same rules don't apply to all.

We have some good teams of workers and we all try our best to get the job done. Our biggest problem here is that our management team is not up to the task. The top level guys are not fit for the positions that they hold. HR in this company is basically nonexistent. I've tried many times to have issues addressed by HR and if you ever even manage to get a response from them, it seems like they go out of their way to be as useless as possible. I've been here for years and I've seen a very noticeable decline in this company and the way they treat their employees. I'm currently looking for a new job. It would not shock me if this place gets shut down by corporate soon. It almost seems like that's what they want...

I wouldn’t send a friend to work at this place, unless I wanted them to become totally frustrated. As the management at the top changed - the whole structure changed. They went from ok to a total disaster. Maybe it has changed, but the Henkel family lost it on the last change and I simple have nothing good to say about this company other than I’m not there any longer!

Managment terrible and very bias

The managment is terrible, they are very biased individuals. They lie to cover their butts when they make a mistake and always try to put blame on others. They treat each employee diffrent depending on how much they like the indivdual. There is no communication through out management and employees and then management has an attitude when a problem happens. Some of the people are enjoyable to work with then their are those thorns in the bush.

Standard manufacturer. Talks about safety, but the number one priority is production. Not flexible with schedules. Does have cool prizes you can earn, like lots and lots of soap, and some "swag" (shirts, hats, etc)

Worst company to work for I have applied for eight hour shift now they are mandatory 12 hour shifts 6 days a weeek it was 48 hours a weeks 6 days a week when I started now this is taking advantage of there workers!! They take all management sides always employees of production n quality are not worth anything to them they treat u like u are nothing They will not give u the bonus they say they give until months later when they feel like approving it so don’t think u will get any bonus on time .. company is backed up 4 million in debt and wan the new workers to suffer because there wrong choices before. Don’t apply u will quit. Henkel has Human Resources that will not answer anything or if u have vacation time and it’s already approved and they feel like they need u they will say u are denied your vacation the day of so u have no time to change plans or anything they do not care about any of there employees!!! They think they are machines trying to run us 24 /7. We are humans !!! We need breaks we can not work come home sleep to wake up n have no time to be with our kids or family’s we have to go straight to work can’t get a doctor apt no time I have to go to work it’s ridiculous I am currently looking for new employment due to these issues they refuse to help any of there employees on the floor!!!
