Consistently high turnover rate at this company among supervisors and regular employees. Little to no accountability for the managers who have decimated their departments.The Human Resource Department exists solely to protect the company and does not provide adequate support to the average worker. To cut cost, Herbalife is on their third janitorial company in a year, and hygienic conditions in the warehouse have correspondingly suffered because of it.

This company has so much favoritism between employees, supervisors, managers, leads and HR management. The are very unprofessional, especially the supervisors. They really don’t give much training, the leads have no respect for their employees. The HR does not look out for the employees. Also some employees feel treated and scare from their supervisors by telling them “WATCH IT OR YOUR NEXT ON BOARD” I just really hope the CEO of this company it’s aware the unprofessional, disrespectful, careless staff he has running the company.

It is a good place to work. I think there is a lot of favoritism They say they care about u, but they don't. You are replaceable, does not matter, how long you worked there.

Quoi de plus positif ?!Vous travaillez d'où vous voulez (possible de travailler dans 95 pays reconnus), avec qui vous voulez (la force de construire sa propre équipe), quand vous voulez (vous gérez votre emploi du temps !)

It’s a really easy job of just packing Herbalife products into boxes. Worked the 4 10hr shift. They always made us work an extra day due to demands not getting met.

It really is a great place with great people until you get to the higher level positions. Supervisors and Managers are operating poorly and are very dysfunctional. There's a lot favoritism going on and has led to a lot of employees to seek employment elsewhere.

En lo personal la manager que me toco no era muy profesional y nunca me apoyaba a avanzar en mis metas, ya que ella tenia que revisar y aprobar mis casos para poder cerrarlos, y casi nunca los revisaba a pesar de estar pidiéndole a diario, de ahy en mas la empresa super bien.

Algunos managers dejan mucho que desear de su apoyo hacia los representantes.

Poco staff corporativo, cero crecimiento. PRESIONAN y OBLIGAN para trabajar en eventos los fines de semana y feriados. NO RESPETAN HORARIOS NI CONTRATOS. Los mal llamados "Presidentes y Distribuidores": SIMPLES VENDEDORES EXTERNOS pero muy prepotentes con el staff , los tratan como sus empleados domésticos y la empresa no hace NADA. La carga de trabajo es INMENSA x ser pocos revientan al personal exigiéndoles actitud "POSITIVA" y "DARLO TODO" . MAL AMBIENTE LABORAL. NO RECOMENDABLE.
