Your nothing but a number to them worst company you could work for if you have any morals. People in the office have not respect for the floor workers.

Good pay great shift hours

Engine runner/Assembly line (Antiguo empleado) - Lincoln, NE - 15 enero 2022

Love that the first shift hours work perfect with my kids school schedule. Makes life easier. Pay is great too. The coworkers I worked along side were amazing. The supervisors are great at finding your perfect job fit for you along the line or department.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to work for Kawasaki I work there for 1 week and my assignment ended because I didn't pass my training test which I think is not right because when I work there before I lasted longer than a week because they were needing help so bad it didn't matter if you passed the test or not they worked you I would think twice about working there and they are really rude to you

Its a good company to work for they are just located in a different town so its a long drive to and from work gas gets expensive just to go to work

First impression:•Carpet was dirty and stained •Bathrooms dirty one by maintenance is broken and the toilet paper holder broken the other two are just very dirty had to use a hand dryer that don’t dry hands so 🤮 so nasty •They say you can move up I personally haven’t seen it •If you need tools for your job they DO NOT PROVIDE them!!! They do not provide a tool box either you have to pay for your own tools •Break room is always packed on scheduled breaks no seats paper Towls are thrown on tables •Pay it to low for as many machines you have to keep running •Breaks are two 10 minutes and a 30•Everything is closing when you get off at 3:30 •The food truck are only day shift hours

Assembly line

This is demanding repetitive work. The company provides uniforms and PPE. Each job is tough on different muscle sets until you build "muscle memory".Overtime is mandatory with 48 hours notice. You earn 80 hours of PTO a year but 40 of that are held for a one week shut down in July.

just not for me, if you have no family and enjoy 1 day off a week go for it, never knew if you were going to work overtime till last minute and the managers are usually not trained on the questions you ask for your specific job

Decent place to work. Constantly busy. Average pay and benefits. 2 ten minute breaks and 20 minute lunch for a normal shift. You cannot fall behind on your job, because if you do, you make everyone behind.

At this company I work as an assembly line worker. It has by far been one of my least favorite positions. I really don't enjoy doing the same repetitive thing all day long. I rather be able to move around and work with my co workers.
