Horrible

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. I have never been as disrespected as I have been at this company. They don’t listen to the employees. Benefits are horrible and the only people this company cares about are drivers.

Great place to work.

What is the best part of working at the company?There is a lot of room for advancement and are all about safety. I have been here for almost love years and love the people I work with. They are like family to me. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?They do have a lot of training that gets a little stressful. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Great environment and great people. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Doing PM's and repairs on the tractors and trailers.

Management and HR are not there . Incompetence is rewarded. HR and safety don't follow through.

50 to 70 hour work weeks, expectations of working past 70 at times. Sometimes starting as early as 2 am, other days as late as 4 pm with little consideration for personal time. Personal Conveyance policy is not realistic. They will hire just about anyone, turn them loose unsupervised, with little coaching and expect them to be successful.Management has a high turnover, they are more concerned with their own career than their employees. Terminal managers are more concerned about their bottom line than employees compensation and comfort. Load planners are clueless and don't get back to you in a timely manner. If you are a self starter and like being able to make your own decisions and stuck without backup in the middle of nowhere, with little compensation this is the company for you !

It’s just a job you can make decent money leadership is terrible

This is just a job it’s no way to really advance here. Honestly you’re not able to have a life because you do work long hours. My opinion it’s a lot of favoritism here and you’re definitely not appreciated. Nobody cares of the issues that are present as long as they’re making money.

Fast paced, physically demanding, great pay

The rate of pay is slightly above average. The work is quite physical, because you are lifting hoses full of fuel. There is a lot of detail to pay attention to.

Great pay rate with good medical/ dental/ vision.

Equipment breaks down a lot. No room for advancement.

Love this industry. Corporate offices are great and have great people

Company is great and people are great. Best part of the job is taking care of our customers and keeping the world moving. Worst part about the job is the dispatch team. I believe we keep people around that we shouldn’t who end up bringing moral and efficiency down. Decent benefits and decent wages.

A rollercoaster of good and ugly, sprinkled with constant stress.

What is the best part of working at the company?Your coworkers and the cafeteria.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Walking on eggshells with management.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?It’s a call center environment, which isn’t communicated well during the interview process. Supervisors and management are either family or really close friends - good luck being heard. It’s one of those “we’re a family” places, which we all know now is a big red flag.

It's ok

This is an ok place to work. The workers on the floor and in the offices are friendly. However the workload can get overwhelming at times. Management there could be much better.

Dispatch plays god with your paycheck it’s ridiculous and management doesn’t really care for your complaints.

This particular terminal presented a multitude of challenges, which proved to be quite demanding.

What is the best part of working at the company?Once you have grasped the process of efficiently loading and offloading the cryogenics product, carrying out this task becomes a straightforward and manageable endeavor.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?The dispatcher team, the terminal manager, and the equipment posed a formidable challenge.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?This was a man's workplace proved to be quite challenging for a woman like me. Unfortunately, only a small number of the men at this specific terminal were willing to offer any assistance.What is a typical day like for you at the company?I performed thorough pre-trip inspections on multiple tractors to ensure they met the necessary requirements for roadworthiness. Once I left the premises, the rest of the journey was smooth sailing.

Easy Work

Good job, get in do your job and do it right and there will be no problems! Don’t apply for a job if you don’t want to wrk the work is here don’t neglect it, be a trucker an u will realize it’s the best thing going!!!

Fair workplace

Over the road cryogenic company driver. It's a typical workplace Management is fair. The hardest part is being away from home. Home timeis fairly decent.

I would say you can make a lot of money there so it's a good place to work for

What is the best part of working at the company?Making money after you have been trained to do your jobWhat is the most stressful part about working at the company?There were times they had too many people where as they did not have enough trucks to keep us working like we wanted toWhat is the work environment and culture like at the company?Due to the fact as I've said before we had problems due to the fact the company did not have enough trucks for everyone due to having too many people working at the time on the job whereas that was stressful and some of the employees were not getting along because of that. But before I left the company I think they were doing a lot better in getting trucks and we're working things outWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?Loading up my fuel tank with gas and fuel delivering to gas stations and truck stops delivering on time getting my job done

Good company, poor department

The company itself is pretty good and everyone is pleasant to work with. However, the warranty department is severely understaffed and therefore months behind. Work is monotonous and feels inefficient. Department is completely isolated and there is no need to leave your desk other than to go to lunch. Most departments seem overworked and behind. But overtime was only ever offered twice while I was there and it was highly regulated. Couldn’t even tell you about HR. I never saw them and for the longest time didn’t even know where to go to them if I needed anything. And when I did finally find them, I found all of them were behind a locked door.

Disconnected upper management, heavy workload, rarely appreciated, no overtime offered, good luck catching up on claims

Minimal support and miscommunication

Was easy to find more problems than solutions doing my job. Many hands in the pot so wast for your work to get changed, then you have to be the main person to do damage control. Causes great stress coupled with poor compensation and appreciation.

Just another number

They do not care about anything family related outside of work. You are not a person, you are not a parent, you are just another number to them! They will lie to you to get you in the door and not follow through with anything they told you.

As with many companies

Things I wish would change in trucking.1. Take care of your awesome drivers first instead of always hiring new guys. Who will end up costing you in time money and mistakes.2. Hiring in slow seasons where there isn’t enough work to go around.3. Satellite dispatchers that don’t have a clue how your market works. Which results in loss of customers to whom you serve. You are not Amazon Any hoo, the work part is good the pay can be good. People and customer management sucks.

Interesting place to work. There have been many changes since I first got hired. Start out as an OTR driver, now considered On Demand. Not sure who volunteered me for that but basically I fill in for whomever wherever.

It’s trucking….what can I say

Good pay, newer equipment. Forgetful dispatch, uninformed management. Drivers are nice but have negative attitudes. No room for advancement. The harder you work, the more they work you. Slackers are given the easy work and nice equipment.
