Working at Lincare was one of the hardest jobs I've ever had because of the workplace stress. The company expects a lot without giving much training.

Lincare won't give you paid time off if you leave the company, cuts your hours so you won't get any overtime but expect you to be on call 24 hours a day.

Each office is different but corporate doesn't do much to help make things better. The pay is bad and the stress levels are really high. If you have good people in the office, it makes the day to day easier to deal with.

Loved making money and creating a schedule that works for me. The products are outstanding and service is the difference maker. Typical day from 8 am-6 pm. On call 24/7. Management wants you to succeed and will work with your strengths. The hardest part was order processing. The most enjoyable was paydays.

Keep up the great work! The job is alot to learn but it's expected. It takes a good year to really learn the job. Some patients are awesome, others not so much.

Absolutely no support from upper management at all. Mandatory work without compensation after hours when you were salary and the salary was very minimal.

Management pretends they care about your family, yet constantly ask you to put your job ahead of your family. They always look for what you're doing wrong. Even when you are right, it's still your fault.

Not the worst but not the best

I only worked there 2 months. The job was very easy but the call volume is high and they don't pay enough. I never got to use PTO because you don't earn it until your 90 days. So I am not sure how hard it is to request time off. The benefits offered aren't that great and are somewhat less than average. The calls are easy and you work one Saturday for half a day per month. It's a small call center so there aren't many reps. Pay was around $15 an hour but I needed better pay and benefits. If you're fine with that pay and with not having the best benefits this is a decent place to work. But I felt overqualified for the company.

Being the driver is easy work. You get to work alone. It’s very enjoyable but your work and home life aren’t balanced. You have to do on call which is fine until you have to start doing most of the on call. They play favorites there and make work uncomfortable when at the office. The ones who are not the favorites get most of the work thrown at them so that they have to work over and everyone else gets done on time.

Don't not recommend. Very low pay; high stressful environment. pulled to do multiple tasks and management expects miracles which are next to impossible. Management focuses on unfinished projects rather than praising for job well done or finished projects.

the job itself is so redundant. there is no room for growth. they only push numbers and when you dont make the numbers your job is constantly threatened in the most passive aggressive ways. Very draining and mentally taxing. Also, the compensation is $#!t. Morally, it is questionable!!very!!! If you like being called to the "principal's office" and being "watched" to make sure youre doing your job and not going 1 minutes over your 15 minutes break, because it will just ruin the production of the job, then this is the place for you!!! all the employees literally hate it there! p.s. they charge $50 per check for not having a covid vaccine : ) (even if you work remotely lolololol) , when this job does not have anything to do with the medical field. youre just selling cpap supplies.

Over Worked, Under paid, Disrespected

This was the worst company I have ever worked for. The system is horrendous, computer problems daily. One time the system went down all day, and we were forced to use PTO hours to cover our pay. They gaslight you, harass and disrespect you. The benefits are deplorable and the PTO policy is shady to say the least. They low ball employees on pay and give pennies for raises. Avoid as if your life depends on it, your sanity will thank you later.

Not A Fun Place To Work

Upper Management really does not care you are not a name here your a number and a $$$$ sign, they harp on you about overtime and constantly find ways to take from you and yet still work you harder, it used to be a fun place to work but now not so much. I've lost sleep working here and am now going to look elsewhere. If you plan on working at Lincare you should not have a family, because you won't have a life.

Goals, goals goals! Work your rear off, do not call in, reach your daily goals. The system sucks but if you do not meet your daily goals it is your fault, not the computers. They give you extra work everyday, often 10 minutes before time to go home, and tell you to complete it before you leave for the day, resulting in staying later than normal quitting time. Pay is ok at best. Management isn't great, but is better than it was a couple of months ago.

Management was decent. The coworkers in office are about as spiteful, miserable, nasty/trashy, and immature as they come. They openly badmouth their coworkers, managment, and clients. Definitely lower caliber class and work environment here. Dont expect a raise and dont expect a good work/life balance.

Good place to work if you like support from management. Good training and your work route is planned for you when you get there. Company van provided but it’s not take home unless you’re on call. The only downside is pay, any full time job that requires a lot of training and knowledge of medical equipment should pay more than $29k a year..it’s not a sustainable wage especially for what you’re asked to do.

Busy environment and always learning new assignments and needs of new and existing patients. Hardest part was not being able to help patients when medical products were in short supply . Most enjoyable was being to make a difference in people's lives for the better.
