They start at a very okay wage but the environment is incredibly toxic and there’s not much room for growth. Policies were maddening to both customers and employees alike.

Busy Work Need Support

There is always something to do. Never enough associates scheduled to keep up with customers and recovery. Management is so-so. Middle management is spread thin and not always supportive when necessary. Upper management is terrible. ZERO care for employee needs to get all expected work accomplished, has personal agenda, acts as if above rest of store, belittling, aloof, rude, inappropriate. Top management has no leadership abilities making for a hostile work environment on the rare occasions they leave their office to survey and critique the floor.

Nice work

The job was easy and simple. Customers were annoying but I did what I was told any my days flew by. I just did returns and dealt with online pickup. During the holidays it got crazy but it was never something I couldn’t manage.

Flexible

Flexible schedules and good discounts. Management was ok depending on which department you worked for. No huge cons other than low shift availability after the holiday seasons.

Pay is really good and the people are nice I really enjoyed my time there of course customers who are mean is always going to be a con but what can you do about it

Was an ok job to work at was a learning experience, did fullfilment getting items ready for delivery., was a lot of work did the fitting room, organized clothes.

Management matters

When I started we had an amazing store manager who kept everything running like clockwork. It was a great job and I loved going to work. After the busy season he retired and we had no store manager for about two months.The store fell apart and the leadership remaining became very hostile. The new store manager did nothing to fix the issues as she used to work there is friends with those people. The associates on a regular basis are crying and calling in because no one wants to be there and they're too scared to talk to management without fear of retaliation.

No complains. Great as a first job if you are fresh out of high school. Having a discount to buy certain things is good specially when you are young.

The pay was low but scheduling options were good, easy to drop and pick up a shift. The managers were often unfriendly but the staff were friendly and good to work with

The job is not hard, it is your typical customer service role. Help customers, work on sales goals, and assist in other departments as necessary.

I enjoyed working at Macy's and it helped me build a stronger customer service skills.Also it is easy to advance if you do a good job. It is a good place to work.

Good place to work especially if you need extra money. I enjoyed working with my coworkers. I worked weekends but had no problems getting request of approved.

Lots of Work but Managment Know That

This place ask a lot from one person, management ask and directs you to do a ton of work but they know you are one person and can only do so much. Time goes by quickly no boring moment when there's so much to do. I didnt cashier prefer not to deal with customers and that was the nice part of the job.

Amazing, cleaned, helping

No day is typical at Medrite due to their various of projects and contracts with schools, municipalities, and companies throughout the Tri-State Area. You learn and grow daily with the company! Management is amazing. The workplace environment is great overall, no complaints. From my experience, the hardest part of the job was just showing up and getting ready to work. What you would enjoy the most about working at MedRite is your opportunity to grow within the company with hard work and dedication.
