Realmente, es buena la empresa solo que mucho jefe y administrativo joven, que quiere ideas del personal sin dar apoyo de la idea, así paso con el jefe que tenía ya que me despidieron sin razón, sin faltas, sin accidentes, sin reportes, solo por superarme al estudiar.

Pros

Accesible si llegas a tener problemas.

Despiden sin tener un buen protocolo o la razón exacta.

Great place to work

Jobs are not hard on the body. All Team members asked to work overtime before any mandating. Heat breaks in the summer. A lot of great people to work with. Lots of room to advance.

Scheduled 12hr day, but no parts

Scheduled 12hrs days no parts or the machines runs slow or breaks down. 24hr notice of 12hr shift forced is based on production. Which isn't in your favor due to the above listed reasons. There is a point system that isn't in the favor of the temps. Doctor's excuses do not stop you from getting a point against you.

I love it here

Love it here!! I’ve been here for a few months and looking forward to growing within the company . There’s a lot of overtime but the pay and benefits are amazing !!

Not Great

Used to be a good place to work but they are more worried about making a dollar then they are about their people or equipment. People work 6 days a week and Mandatory overtime every weekend.

Okay

Lots of mandated overtime , poor communication is the norm. Seniority isn’t honored anymore . Twelve days on , two days off can leave you drained. Helpful line- leads and Co-Workers make the day bearable.

Late notice that you’ll be working mandatory OT

Lots of mandatory overtime. Don’t make any plains! If you are experienced and of the elder work force don’t expect any career mobility. But they will promote the individuals with years with in the company.

Alright

It can be a alright job it’s what you make it the pay is good off days benefits good just stay to yourself and you will be fine breaks are good it’s a good job

Simple

Simple work. Very easy to advance and learn more lines and roles within the company. Management is fine. Easy place to get in and get your 8 hours done and leave. Overtime is always available.

13 days on 1 day off

Work like slaves . They get you with good pay . Only 2 20 min breaks. The people here gossip and start rumors worse than high school. Very hard job if you have little ones or a family

If you work hard you can move up/ or out

great place to work just don't know how long you will have a job a lot of layoffs and lack of communication. They do mass firing of good supervisors and temps. Even if you move up you are not guaranteed that they wont just get rid of you tomorrow. No one feels secure.

Great people bad job

The fellow coworkers are usually great and weekly pay do not work there if you want to work 65 or more hours a week overtime is MANDATORY not OPTIONAL like they say either

Terrible Management

They don't care about what problems occur in people lives, they only care about if you make it to work. Everything that happened to me i notified them about and i ended up fired anyway i don't think that was fair at all

Horrible communication

Everyone needs to have the right decision. If you are not upper management, your work life is trash. You get yelled at on the line constantly. No safety protocols.

They value all employees

They see the potential in all employees and encourage growth. They have an open door policy, and an employee advocate, so if you have any type of challenge, someone is there to assist without judgement.

No climate control, unsafe workplace

Dusty and dangerous work environment, no air circulation or fresh air exchange. Zero work life balance, poor job security. Demand their workers take on additional skilled jobs without paying them what their position is advertised to be paid.

Productive part time hours

If you’re looking for full time hours, look elsewhere as this company advertise to give full time hours but only provide part time hours of 24 or less. Majority of employees are working part time with EI benefits to feed their families. Management has done nothing to improve the situation. Even the union has done nothing except collect from your weekly pay cheque. Union is supposed to advocate for the employees but all the employees are suffering due to rising cost/inflation. Salary for new comers are not competitive and the increase only happens after the third year. Considering this is a heavy job in the automotive industry, increases should at least be yearly. Too much favouritism when it comes to selecting individuals to stay for overtime. Only seniority employees benefit while many others suffer. Full time status don’t kick in till after a year of service! The only saving grace working here are the amazing workers and some team leaders who are very supportive of your hard work. There are just so many things wrong with the way this company is treating all new and tenured employees.

Unorganized and machines down more than up.

Management has no clue how to prevent safety,quality, productivity and wasteful spending. If you want to work for a circus without a plan in mind. Good luck on getting trained properly. Upper management cares more about walking out employees than finding out ways to better overall the employee. Starts with attitudes and lack of knowledge from techs to engineering. No team work between departments. Maintenance would rather fight on who needs to be working on the problem. Instead working together and being positive. The negative people make negative results. Which that’s why nothing runs like it should. 7 days a week with no end in site. Added a 100 million dollar addition with new machines. In time machines will be down more than up. No 5s and lack of pms. Not enough qualified employees to keep this place running. All I say is good luck and your going to need it. ….
