es divertido pertenecer y ser parte de esta empresa, las personas son muy amables y divertidas, aprendes cada día más cosas, el apoyo es mutuo, cada chica comparte lo aprendido, nos hacemos recomendaciones como que hacer o no hacer, los encargados son muy atentos, no hay rivalidades, todos eramos una familia, la parte mas difícil al principio es el frío cuando estas afuera del local recibiendo al público, mi parte favorita es la foto grupal de todos los miembros de la familia, fui anfitriona y soy alumna actualmente de esa escuela.

It can feel like really hard work at first, but your body gets used to it after a month. After on the job training and getting used to the job it really just boils down to being bored to death and your feet hurting for standing up so long. Straight forward job with decent pay and ability to get hired on by BMW if you do your job correctly and show up every single day and on time to work.

I’ll keep it short; it’s best not to work here. I can go on and on about reasons why it isn’t the best option, from management, to work-life balance, to the AWFUL extraneous physical labor, but the short version is is that you will quickly realize it isn’t as great as it’s made out to be. Trust me and DO NOT work here. ESPECIALLY if you are in a relationship/marriage. It will wreak havoc for many many reasons, the people here are desperate for drama, intimacies, and things that should not go in in work environments. It’s like freakin high school except with the most intense labor in assembly

MAU was a fair company that I found a job through. Their benefits are good, the job I did was easy and the pay was fair. I enjoyed the hours and the fact that I could be home with my kids after my shift ended. Working as an electronic assembler even for the 4 months I did was almost therapeutic. No benefits worth talking about, long hours, forced overtime, no respect for their employees, most of the time there's not enough people to cover the workload which explains the mandatory overtime required which they assigned based on your time off your normal schedule and if you don't do the overtime you get punished by getting points. Doctor's appointments family things to do they don't care change it we scheduled you to work

Long hours of standing in the same place. They’ll try to keep you busy by having you sweep the floors but there is nothing to do if the machines are running correctly. They don’t want anyone to sit unless you’re on a break so make sure you get some good shoes. I developed plantar fasciitis after working here for only 2 months and it didn’t go away for about a year and a half after quitting.

If you did not grow up like them or live the same life style you are not welcome to be apart of their team. You are treated differently and isolated. The team leaders talk about behind your back. Management is a joke. Team leads and managers have a very unhealthy and unprofessional relationship. They tell you how much they appreciate you but tell others they wish you quit and then wonder why you don’t want to be there. They laugh and talk about candidates that come in as if they are incompetent and they can’t find better employment. Job Placement Specialist is also a joke. The position is solely to find candidates for a contract that they know that can’t get filled and the blame you for it not getting done. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go though the headache and stress that this company put people though. Save yourself the trouble.
