De acuerdo a mis 4 años de experiencia trabajando para Oshkosh puedo observar que es una empresa que busca la excelencia, y la etica en el ambiente de trabajo, se preocupa por la seguridad y la calidad de sus productos pero principalmente busca un hambiente laboral sano.

ones y venefAlgunas prestasiicios que antes eran buenas han ido desapareciendo, el desarrollo dentro una vez dentro de la empresa no es muy bueno.

Working at Oshkosh was always a high demand, there was always points where you think things will get better, but right before that you are tasked with additional workload without any compensation or recognition. For a company like Oshkosh they should do more to treat their employees better and keep them.

More than enough work to do, even if people didn't call in. You could move up if you're interested and can work well with others, as it's easy enough. But advancing into a better role like finance or IT or HR isn't. In fact, you have to be Superman to get the role, even if you are Clark Kent. Benefits aren't bad, particularly with the tuition reimbursement. If you are a complete couch potato and intend to remain that way, then this place isn't for you. We need people with a little more than just a pulse.

Oshkosh Corp was a great place to work while it was leading a people first mentality. Over the last year, that mentality changed to produce, produce, produce... I believe it is capable of getting back to what they sought after, but that needs to relay all the way down to the team members. Everyone above production manager have a belief that this is what is happening but it falls short at the production manager and the team members on the floor don't get to see the benefits

It was a very good learning experience. Management followed up on giving me more responsibility. I was able to go straight to the assembly line and watch the vehicles being built.

The money is the ONLY good thing about this company. The union is ineffectual and mistrusted by the members. If you happen to get a decent coordinator they will either get fired or quit. Management has a lot of cute phrases such as "people first culture" (unless people and production collide then production wins) and "one team one Oshkosh" (production members and office members are definitely two separate teams) which are laughable.

301 s get treated badly just another number

The bad they move you around with no notice at all if you are a 301 u get moved around alot u also have to fill in all the time for 201s that don't show up for work an alot of the management don't barley ever say your doing great work you are just a number an treated like 1 . Also u feel like your in highschool there getting wrote up for the stupidest things it won't be a place I will miss the good other then some of the benefits only 8 mandatory saturdays a year overtime after 8 hours not 40 hours ..
