This employer is extremely bad for cutting corners and deliberately sidestepping the law It's stressful and if you have any problem whatsoever with your safety I'd say this isn't the place for you

What is the best part of working at the company?Honestly speaking the only great thing about the company is the pay & benefits!What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Supervisor & employees like to play the race card games & favoritism is a big issue. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Not gd. U have to be a teacher's pet in order to be respected amongst your supervisors. What is a typical day like for you at the company?A typical day at work will be straight up horrible!

Terrible company

They care more about lying to the customers instead of helping them. Management only care if employee goes over break time. They don’t help you with escalated calls. Company makes you go through 4 weeks of training for nothing!!

benefits and commission pay ok

don't work for this company if you are not physically prepared for the heavy labor. 40 plus pound bottles don't ease up. pay is cool hourly.. you must sale water for good commissions. quite easier said then done.

Being blamed

Training was set for first 2 weeks of employment, how's a day and a half sound? Driving their vehicles and fuel is only benefit as you will be driving A LOT. Machines are junk, system to interface service with corporate is junk and that's what ultimately led to my release. Started out great, then almost overnight it all changed.

Exercise constantly

Just make sure your customer needs are met. Your job is to sell water and other products. Some of the routes are hourly and some are commission based only. I recommend if applying for a position with this company to try and remain on an hourly basis.

No way to advance within

no way to advance within. Nationwide layoffs have knocked out most of the workforce. Pay isnt that great. I dont suspect the company being around for much longer.

Toxic environment

Management don't care about anything, never fix or repair broken things. Promote saftey but everything is un safe. Company wide bad attitude with everyone stabbing each other in the back . Favoritetism and un fair employment is huge problem here.

Horrible

Not a good place to work. The Mexican manager will try to take advantage of you just to look good with upper management. They have 2 older drivers that get all the benefits.

Great place to work

Good job lots of good people to work with management is strong would go back there today if I could regular schedule work is always there not a shortage of jobs

Busy job. Supportive management.

Large company with Coffee service to businesses s as well as purified water machine sales and service. Also sold related products. Busy job. Room for growth.

Good work environment, decent pay

Heavy lifting and dealing with traffic are cons. Dealing with the elements of being outside every day can be challenging as well. But they will take care of you as far as benefits and pay

Get the job done at all cost to cover there self’s. Know what you’re suppose to do and just do that. Don’t offer anything extra or they will expect that as a requirement.

Work experience depends on where you work and what you do

There is a huge disconnect between corporate leaders, mid to higher managers and boots on the ground.Those getting the work done care deeply despite the struggles created by upper management and the so called supply chain experts???

Management was horrible.

Management was horrible. Favoritism was a big part of their ethics. They chose who they think should get in trouble. They would choose not to like you for no reason even if you were an excellent worker.

Hard work okay pay

You can make decent money but expect to work for it. Company keeps getting bought that makes things tough. Commission based model can be bad when trying to make good money.

Lack of management

Prepare to be disappointed. Terrible starting schedule, No room for missing time even if it is important. If you like being screamed and cussed at this is the perfect place for you, also don’t expect to find a supervisor quickly to assist. training is great, but for some reason others fail to do the correct procedures which lead to many angry customers when you receive their call.
