Always blames you never takes blame or tries to help. Hiring manager is great safety team is great but the manager is honestly not great and cares.only about himself and not the driver. He does not lead by example and when he first meets you he's friendly and nice and then quickly turns the other way

Beware they try to act like a christian place but its cut throat and safety is just out to get you and hide and stack points against you, better companies out there. I understand why the turn over is so high and they are always hiring because everyone with sense leaves.

Hard to retain drivers, dispatchers, and management. Pay scale for drivers is one of the lowest that I've seen. There's no loyalty to the employees. It's constant working for drivers. They want to keep people, then invest in them. Pay everyone better. Keep it fair.

I just recently got hired into the family. Everyone drives nice vehicles. The lot is nice and this place is the chic fil a of truck driving so God first in our values. They fed us breakfast and dinner the first day and they paid you milage and or provided hotels for orientation. Uniforms the same day. Class was entertaining and not death by powerpoint. I feel i share the same vision and goals which is SAFETY. You work as hard as you want to and all im saying being over the road drivers would kill to have my position and im not giving it up im home everyday to spend time with love ones.
