Hard on your body and long hours good for someone who is young. Pretty hard to hit 100% production. Typical day is you show up and you work till finish which ends up always being at least a 10+ hour day 6 days a week

This company pays the best out of all the competitors however it does come with a price. You might come in for your shift to see your trailer packed and disorganized. They mostly deliver to NYC so night shift is the best if you dont want to deal with traffic or people. When you start out you will be issued a pump jack which will be difficult to pulling a heavy pallet.

Do not work at this place unless you like a hood environment, they have people standing over you while you work which is pretty annoying, the bosses dont have a clue of what's going on in the company. They hire crazy ppl they recently had a person bring a gun into to the job place to retaliate. And they wont you to stay over until job is done it could be as late as 9 pm until you are off.

Long hours, deliveries are so far away, with a lot of work, but pay is pretty good.

A typical workday would consist of going on a route that's 1 1/2 hours from the yard to your first customer, once you make it there you will deliver anywhere from 500 to 800 cases, just using a hand truck, to different customers in and around that area, trying to stay within the 14 hours a day rule, and there is a 2 1/2 hours drive back due to traffic.

Turn over is high. From management to the underlings. No one like it here. The favorite past time of management that does stick around is to blatantly lie to your face. They say they want to adress your concerns but never do. The money is good but I don't think it's worth it

They are good about working with your schedules. Management is nice. They don’t give you raises or pay for the amount of work you do. Also it seems to take along time to gain more vacation time. Also you never get anymore sick time.

Management changes every 6 months and overwork you.Get mad when they ask you to do extra work after completing a full day and regularly mess up bidded routes.Physically hard job, not a long term job. Money’s good while it lasts and it’s union if you’re into that sort of thing

Tried to crosstrain and my manager would never let me do it. I started as a night loader and wanted to just crosstrain as a selector and he would never let me. Advice- do your job poorly and maybe they'll let you try something else.

People get hurt all the time, management don’t care half of them can’t even do the work we do and treat you bad after working 12 sometimes 14 hours and having to come in for 12 more and I live an hour away
