Bilingual Bookkeeper Role:
Anywhere Talent is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bilingual Bookkeeper to maintain and oversee our financial records. If you have a passion for numbers, accuracy, and ensuring financial compliance, we’d love to hear from you!
What You Will Do!
- Maintain Financial Records: Accurately record day-to-day financial transactions, including income, expenses, and other activities.
- Reconcile Accounts: Ensure all accounts payable and receivable are accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare Financial Statements: Assist in generating financial reports, including balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements.
- Bank Reconciliations: Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Payroll Support: Process payroll and record salary payments for employees.
- Tax Preparation: Organize financial data for tax filings and liaise with external accountants as needed.
- Budget Management: Monitor company budgets and provide insights to improve financial efficiency.
- Audit Readiness: Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with management to support financial planning and decision-making.

What Do We Offer?
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: TBD at offer
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (9 am to 5 pm CST), with flexibility for business updates and discussions.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Must speak English and Spanish.
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with financial tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
